Every order constitutes a distance contract between the customer and the seller, the company Rubiscube (Tangier), operating under its trade name, Rock da Kasbah, and implies the customer’s irrevocable acceptance, without restriction or reservation, of the general terms and conditions of sale.
The general terms and conditions of sale specify the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and handling of any returns of products ordered by customers acting as non-professional buyers.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions aim to define the sales procedures between Rock da Kasbah and the customer, from the ordering of the product to its delivery and payment.
All orders imply acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The parties agree that their relationship will be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any terms and conditions previously available on the website.
Payment for online orders is made upon receipt, as indicated in the “Sales in Morocco” section.
Sales in Morocco
Orders placed through the Rock da Kasbah website can only be fulfilled and delivered within Morocco.
No payment is required when placing your order online through the Rock da Kasbah website.
Payment for your order is made upon receipt, at the Moroccan address you provided in the “Delivery Address” field, via the national courier service AMANA:
– either to the personal address you provided (cash payment only)
– or at one of the Amana post offices in Morocco you specified (cash or credit card payment accepted).
Rock da Kasbah’s Offer
The products offered for sale online are those presented on the website “rockdakasbah.com”.
The products are described and reproduced on the website as accurately as possible.
However, it is important to note that photographs cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the product offered for sale, particularly with regard to colors.
Differences may result from the color quality of the photographs, the difficulty of accurately displaying the texture of materials on screen, or technical limitations. These differences cannot be interpreted as defects of conformity and will not lead to the cancellation of the sale.

Prices of Items
Prices of Products Offered for Sale Prices on the website “rockdakasbah.com” are in Moroccan dirhams, including VAT.
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated on the website, namely:
– 35 dirhams for delivery of the order to an Amana agency of your choice;
– 40 dirhams for delivery to your home address.
Rock da Kasbah reserves the right to modify the price of its products if necessary, but the products ordered are billed to the customer based on the price in effect on the website at the time the order is placed.
All orders constitute acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
The customer declares having read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale by checking the box “I accept the general terms and conditions of sale” before proceeding with the online ordering process.
These general terms and conditions of sale may be subject to subsequent modifications; the version applicable to the customer’s purchase is the one in effect on the website on the date the order is placed.
The customer has the opportunity to review the details of their order, its total price, and correct any errors before definitively confirming their order.
Order Confirmation
The order is only definitively registered after the customer confirms their agreement.
Once their order is registered, the customer receives two emails:

– A second email will inform the customer:
– that the items are available without restriction, confirming their shipment to the supplier Amana,
– or that the order cannot be fulfilled, for example, due to a stock issue.
– In this case, the customer must reply to the email confirming acceptance of the order postponement proposed by Rock da Kasbah, or its cancellation by the customer.
Delivery time for your confirmed order
Delivery will be made within a maximum of 7 business days. If, for exceptional reasons, the customer finds that the delivery time for their order is longer than expected, they can contact us by phone or email at ventes@rockdakasbah.com so that Rock da Kasbah can intervene and inform them about the delay.
Conditions for Receiving Items from the Order
The service provider Amana Maroc has committed to sending a message or making a phone call to inform the customer of the day and time slot for possible order delivery.
In the case of home delivery, The customer agrees to be available during the time slot provided to Amana:
– If delivery cannot be made due to the customer’s absence, the delivery will be returned to Rock da Kasbah.
– The customer then has 48 hours to confirm a new time slot, which will incur an additional charge of 40 dirhams for this second delivery.
– After this 48-hour period, the order will be considered canceled.
If the customer specifies delivery to the Amana agency, they will have a maximum of 7 days to collect their order:
– After this period, The order will be considered cancelled.
Returns Management
The customer has the right to return the delivered product(s) if they do not match the desired purchase, or if they were damaged during delivery by Amana Maroc.
The customer agrees to notify Rock da Kasbah of their intention to return the order by email at ventes@rockdakasbah.com, so that Rock da Kasbah can process and confirm the return with the customer. items.
The customer has 7 business days from receipt of their order to return the product(s) in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Products that have been worn, damaged, stained, or are the subject of a clearly abusive return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
In the absence of any dispute and upon acceptance by Rock da Kasbah of the return conditions, the seller will refund the customer the amount of the order in question, either partially or in full as applicable, and the delivery costs, within 7 business days from the date of return of the product(s).
Territoriality and Applicable Law in Case of Dispute
All clauses contained in the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale transactions covered therein, shall be subject to Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact our company (Rock da Kasbah, Tangier) to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the Moroccan courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
